This logo is for a company that is working with landlords to help make it easier for them to take on low-income tenants. The world threshold here had the double meaning of a threshold as a doorway to a home, but also the threshold in the statistical sense by making impactful change in the move towards equality in housing. So, the door in the logo has steps that also double as an equals sign to help convey what Threshold does and the brand uses a bright color palette and patterns to help add some liveliness to the overall look.
